Pamela M. Roesch is a wealth plan assistant and team leader with the Beaver office of Three Cord True Wealth Management Group.

In her role, Pam frequently interacts with clients, helping demonstrate Wealth Plan software, prepare introduction packages and manage documentation, website and account aggregation issues. She also assists in the preparation of wealth plan documents, weekly market updates and annual reviews. As a team leader, she helps to direct internal compliance matters and coordinates training and education.

Pam takes a personal interest in mentoring women of all professions and vocations, especially utilizing “after-hours” time. She is a board director of the Women’s Business Network of southwestern Pennsylvania and is a charter member and representative of its Beaver County chapter. She is a former mentor to the women of the Les Femme Stock Club. She also leads the firm’s internship program and has spent substantial advisory time with young aspiring business women.

Pam encourages others to reach for their dreams through a combination of education and by establishing guiding principles to support their planning and courses of action. Her motto: “Do not be afraid to fail, because life is about how you handle plan B.”

Pam has a distinctive commitment to individuals with special needs. She has volunteered with Career Literacy for African American Youth (CLAAY), a program of Duquesne University’s Institute for Economic Transformation involving one-on-one career mentoring, academic tutoring and programming. Active with the Self Determination Movement, she has helped individuals with disabilities to lead lives of greater independence.

She helped establish The Ted Foundation, where a client with Downs Syndrome become incorporated as a foundation for the management of his state and federal funding support, one of the first microboards to be established as a 501(c)(3) organization in the nation. She is a board director of the Beaver County Foundation and has volunteered with the Child-Life Program at Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh, to assist children, teens and their families in adjusting to illness and hospitalization; and as a counselor with the Bereavement Ministry through Pittsburgh Catholic Charities at St. Francis Cabrini Church, in Aliquippa, PA.

When Pam was a finalist for the ATHENA Award of Beaver County, the Beaver County Times praised her ability to “support and assistance for entrepreneurial and established women-owned businesses” and said that one of her clients publicly said she wished she would have had the guidance of Pam and the firm when she first started her business.

Prior to joining Three Cord True Wealth Management Group, Pam was a registered representative with Commonwealth Financial Network, Inc. and the Prudential Life Insurance Company. She graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor of science in mathematics.
