BEAVER, PA, March 28, 2017 – Diane Gardner, CFP®, CDFA® has joined Cottrill Arbutina Wealth Management Group in Beaver, PA as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Ms. Gardner focuses on assisting women through the financial aspects of life’s difficult circumstances and transitions, ranging from widowhood and divorce to singlehood and job change.
She also holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation which allows her to assist individuals with the financial aspects of divorce. Looking at the short term and long term aspects of proposed settlement options can help clients avoid financial pitfalls when a marriage ends.
Ms. Gardner has been affiliated with LPL Financial since 2010. Because LPL provides a broad range of non-proprietary products and tailored investment platforms, she furnishes clients with unbiased, comprehensive research to assist them with pursuing their financial goals. Once a plan is in place, she helps monitor and evaluate it to stay current with any changes which may occur.
Ms. Gardner has been in the financial services industry since 1998. Upon graduating from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor of science in business administration degree in finance, she worked for National City Bank/NatCity Investments and PNC Bank/PNC Investments.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and was a 2016 Lawrence Mercer ATHENA Award Honoree. Active in supporting communities she serves, she is a member of the Women’s Business Network (Beaver Chapter), Rotary Club of Beaver and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
