As Tax Planning Manager & Client Solutions Specialist at Three Cord True Wealth Management, LLC, Betsy co-leads the firm’s in-house tax preparation practice, assists the financial planners with key client tasks, and provides specialized tax planning. As an Enrolled Agent, she is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and brings deep expertise in tax compliance and planning for small business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Known for her thoughtful, client-centered approach, Betsy builds lasting relationships by tailoring her communication and service to each client’s unique needs. She understands that every individual’s financial journey is different and works diligently to ensure they feel confident, informed, and cared for at every step.

Betsy joined Three Cord in 2021, bringing with her nearly two decades of tax experience. Prior to that, she served as Tax Supervisor for H2R CPA – Cottrill Arbutina Division in Beaver County, where she managed a wide range of tax compliance needs and advised clients on strategic planning. She is also well-versed in communicating with federal, state, and local tax authorities, handling everything from notices to audits, and conducting in-depth research on complex tax issues.

Beyond her professional life, Betsy is deeply rooted in her community. She has served on the Business Department Advisory Committee for the Community College of Beaver County and plays a leadership role in a local homeschooling cooperative. She’s also an active member of her church.

Betsy graduated magna cum laude from Mount Union University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She and her husband live in Darlington, PA, with their four children, a dog and a cat.
