As a shareholder of the firm, Mandy brings a strategic eye to its accounting and compliance functions while co-leading the in-house tax preparation practice. She plays an integral role in guiding daily operations, ensuring the firm runs seamlessly for both clients and team members.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Mandy joined Three Cord in 2021 after working as Vice President and Relationship Banker at Brentwood Bank and as a Tax Manager at S.R. Snodgrass. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science (valedictorian, summa cum laude) from Geneva College, along with a post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting studies from Robert Morris University. Mandy is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Kingdom Advisor.

Mandy lives in New Brighton with her husband, Rich, and their two sons, Joe and Alex. She stays active in the local community as a board director and treasurer of Grove Cemetery in New Brighton and as a board director with the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce. At Concord Church, she’s involved with the praise and worship team and serves as Finance Chair.
